We ship within one to two days (excluding weekends) from the date of purchase. We do our best to get your packages to you as soon as we can, for you to get your orders delivered promptly for that special occasion. If for any reason, we cannot ship your order within our normal policy, we will contact you to give you an update on your order. Generally orders within the US are delivered within one to five days. If you need your order expedited with a guaranteed arrival date, please choose the appropriate shipping method at checkout.
ZuZu’s TuTus is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier, unless guaranteed shipping rates are purchased. However we have not encountered any issues so far and will do whatever we can to ensure our customers are satisfied.
We trust you will be satisfied with your ZuZu’s TuTus purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, ZuZu’s TuTus' return policy is stated below.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Returned items must not be worn or altered.
- Items returned in worn condition may be subject to a $35 restocking fee.
- If items are in poor or damaged condition they will be returned to the customer.
- Be sure to include your proof-of-purchase form found in the packing slip when returning your merchandise.
- All eligible items must be returned within 30 days from receiving your order to qualify for a refund or store credit. Returns attempted after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Refunds and Processing
- Please note, the return process may take up to three weeks.
- ZuZu’s TuTus will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or we will issue a gift card at the customers choice when all the above conditions have been met and will post seven to 10 days after the date of processing. We appreciate your patience.
- If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
- If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a gift card, that card will be credited if there is a balance on it, if the balance on the card is $0.00, a new gift card will be issued for the return amount and mailed to you.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
- Please, ship all returns to the address below using the shipping method of your choice.
